i am having problems with the bells they are getting brown spots on them and then they start to rot.

i went out today and pulled up some carrotts that i thought were done.......... well i guess i waited tooooooooo long! and i still have a bunch more to dig up! look at the size of this jumbo this is the biggest one i ever saw

mine have just stated to ripen and now they seem to do it all at once!

that is called blossom end rot. you can buy some stuff called Rot Stop i got mine at the feed store cost me about 5 dollars and worked great. just spray it all over the plant and it will stop the plant from doing that. it is caused from a lack of calcium

i had the same problem go to a farm store and ask them about it . they sold me some stuff worked great!

how do you tell when egg plant is ready to be picked?

so that means i have to peel it then check it? and if so and it is not done do i leave it on the stock? this is my first garden ever so any info will help
