Worked on garlic on the porch today, a Safe job. I cut off the tops and I am storing the bulbs in labeled paper lunch sacks on top of the fridge. I plan to make refrigerator pickled garlic this week.

DD brought in 1/2 containers of harvested garlic, the German Red Garlic. Eldest DD sent me recipe that she likes for refrigerator pickled garlic. I will probably make that with the German garlic. I will move the rest of the German Red, the ones I wish to plant into a labeled paper grocery...
