i would guess that the bigger the pepper the more sun they will need, but so far i've not grown many smaller pepper plants to find out.
where we have them planted each year is full sun and we usually get two to three crops.

Found an interesting article that I have read before, that made me question Where I plant, especially in 2026.

I am thinking that the big garden would be best for peppers next year.
Don't know what kind of 2025 harvest I will get BUT, I can always harvest seeds.

Got to turn back on the AC in the LR & DR, which also cools off the BR and east (1/3 on the first floor) bedroom, DH's Big closet.
Just go too sultry to be at All comfortable.
I have cut down on pain meds, Mostly bc I need to hoard the best stuff, that I either cannot get more of, or the refills are limited, but they Do work.
Nurses have told me "keep ahead of the pain." Right.
I wait until I need it.
Finally got a good night's sleep last night, but I also had a 2 hour nap yesterday when we got back home from the office.

DD brought in 1/2 containers of harvested garlic, the German Red Garlic. Eldest DD sent me recipe that she likes for refrigerator pickled garlic. I will probably make that with the German garlic.
I will move the rest of the German Red, the ones I wish to plant into a labeled paper grocery sack--I buy them from ALDI for such purposes--then send the basket back out with youngest DD to bring me the Great Lakes Porcelain Garlic, which is now in a big ceramic pot.
I stored all of it just in front of the gate for Buster Brown's winter stall in the barn, some 8 ft inside of the barn, so good drying.
I think I will hot water bath can some of the Porcelain garlic and I think I have a good Bread & Butter recipe, but I will be happy to look at anybody's else's recipes, so bring them on!

IF you want to know how horses act, this is a great FB video, where a father portrays his 5yo daughters horse. I have seen every one of these things, even a mule that I couldn't ride, but he could and DID jump a narrow 4 ft gate...repeatedly. After 20 hrs straight in the trailer, my favorite horse (Arabian, "Corporal", 1982-2007, RIP) threw himself backwards, fell Out of the back of the trailer, landed fine and started grazing.
So, Yeah, this guy has seen it all!
