I make three different flavors of vanilla. Madagascar ( the one in the the stores mostly), Tahitian and Mexican. Use different ones for different recipes. I use a vodka base for all. I enjoy the different flavors and can use the beans after the vanilla gone as either vanilla sugar or grind and...
