some of moisture from the recent storms has made it over to the Rockies where they keep track of their snowpack like the arid country dwellers they are.
it has boosted the percentage of normal from 45% to 70% over the past few days.
now they are heading into a more warmer and rainy spell which...
a little snow last night and this morning, the sun is coming out now so i'll go out and shovel while it is early enough to get the sun to melt off what is left.
Mom is using her new mixer to make cookies and since i didn't hear any cursing or the smoke detector going off it has been ok. i did...

i really can't tell from the description what went on. perhaps the dog was ill or had a stroke or the man did something to the dog while they were out walking because he knew the dog was on it's last...
*makes uhuh face* i've been there and done it and pretty much got over it rather quickly. i really dislike noise and loud noise in the morning is even worse.

i'm glad to see the southern Rockies picking up some more snow recently. a critical thing for the water supply out there.
today here it is blue sky and cool but nothing major for snow other than a light dusting overnight.
as a young kid we had an all aluminum sparkly (all silvery and no green at all) kind of christmas tree and underneath it you put a light that had a rotating color disk in it. i remember spending a lot of time under there looking up and watching the changes and the reflections in all the globe...
in the past i would take powdered milk and eat it because it does have enough sugar in it from the milk itself to be sweet enough and if you don't get it too wet it can be chewy. :)
as for desserts without too much sugar i like tapioca pudding with a good vanilla. yes, it can have eggs if you...
