I've not noticed the stinging issue unless I grab the stems but I did notice the leaves seem to have itty bitty hairs on them.. They look like they might be related to the stinging nettle..

I generally know what we did buy and certainly what we did not buy.. I know we did not buy bok Choi or Cabbage but we did buy Kale and a few other 'greens'.. You know what.. We did buy Collard greens and I think that's what these must be after poking around on the web..
