I believe Mombacher Speck has slightly wider pods. But there are similarities. I have grown both at some time a while ago but not kept good records. Both are relatively common in Germany.

The name is Mombacher Speck. And yes 25cm Max is the quoted length. That fits much better with your 8 inch version.

It may be from a collection of beans. As just the name Polen aka Poland is not a good description somebody has added their personal database catalog number to distinguish it from other nameless polish beans Just my theory though.
