I'm afraid I know the answer to this already but here is hoping.... Is there a yummy way to keep yellow/summer squash throughout the year? I'm craving some now and won't be able to have it for another few months. The stuff at the grocery store is ok but nothing like what comes out of the garden.

I am putting together my order for my seeds/plants for the spring. This warm weather has be chomping at the bit to start the garden. Park seeds seems to be cheaper but does that come at the price of quality? I'm still ordering my strawberries from Burpee.
