Thanks for the reply. We talked about netting but with prickly raspberry bushes I think it might be more trouble than it is worth. I may try to cover a small section of row just to experiment.

Does anybody have a suggestion? The wasps are eating my raspberries. It is too late for Sevin or any other bugacide because we are picking. Squashing the wasp is not practicle or smart! Please help, the little buggers are eating my entire crop.

FYI The thistle you buy for birds is Niger and comes from Africa. Because it is an imported seed it is heat treated to destroy the germination ability. At least that is what the lady at the bird store tells me. I tried to grow it as an experiment and none sprouted. Lisa

I have mug wort in my flower beds and bermuda lawn. Last year I removed all the flowers from one bed and "nuked" the bed with everything I could think of, including 4 applications of undiluted Roundup, and it still came back! HELP!
