    Fruit trees near Leach fields?

    I'm not to sure. I know some trees have roots extend pretty far and if they get to where there is any moisture, they will definitely invade the pipes and clog them up!

    Dry or fresh herbs???

    I believe mint hold's its taste pretty good. Some herbs hold their taste pretty good when dried and some don't. To play it safe, fresh is the way to go!
