If you don't already, use the "Square Foot Gardening" method. You can yield so much more food in a smaller space :-) It's what we will use this spring.

What is the shortest bearing corn, beans and squash that I could plant? anyone know right off the top of their heads?

How do you figure out exactly what zone you are in. I've seen many of the color coded maps, but seems sometimes they are different.
