You have to wait 60 seconds from posting one message to another.
I never thought it was a big deal because usually I take alot longer than that, but found that sometimes you have a quick answer for someone or a question and you can't post yet.
Nifty changed it on the other forums when someone brought it up and since it actually did happen to me the other night I asked him to change it here too.
