A young tree, part deux... leaf spotting

Ok, a tree that was tipping hard and staked incorrectly was dug up, re-planted, and re-staked a few months ago.

Looked good for a bit, and today I noticed LOTS of orange leaves, but ALL leaves have spots now....

Anyone?
