I don't have chickens, but I'd think they'd like Lambs Quarters too. There are a couple vegetables closely related to Lambs quarters I may grow next year. Orach and Spreen. The red varieties sure look pretty, and since beauty is one of the purposes of my garden, I'm thinking of putting in more colorful vegetables like those next year.
