Archiving or Dumping a Thread?

A simple thing I'd like to do about once a year would be to get a copy of my journal thread. I don't need the pictures, just the text and any links would work.

Any tool I can use to do that?

Yes, I can probably find a website mirroring tool but if you might already have one that would be nice to not have to reinvent the wheel yet another time.

I don't know of a quick/easy way to do this, but I'll let you know if I find something.
