I know Europe has different wiring than the USA. Probably South America has their own thing going as well.

Argentina line voltage is 220v 50hz
North America line voltage is 120v 60hz
Should say that's the voltage once it's passed the transformer up on the pole.

As for your chandelier if it's old you should probably have it rewired and new lamp holds as well add a grounding wire too.
If it's a nice one it would be worth it maybe convert to led

Is it actually shipping from Argentina?

I know zero about rewiring, but I never thought it was a big deal. dad rewired a lot of old stuff my mom had, and my bil is always rewiring old fixtures my sister drags home.

But...like I said, I don't know nuthin'.

The laws of electron flow is universal, however the receptacle configuration / bulb receptacle to plug into wall plate and line voltage may be different to accept the bulb. Rewiring is really simple. I would also add a ground wire to the chandelier while you are at it.

after seeing it only has one holder it is very nice it cant be that old since it has zinc bolts holding it together so rewiring would not be needed..
but really 590.00 plus 180.00 770.00 before i would spend that type of money i would look around but thats just me.....

My husband has been to Argentina several times and will be going again soon. He says the wiring shouldn't be a problem. It should work in the US.
