Tomorrow I have a couple more buckets to get together.... My plan for then is to make tomato and basil soup to can.

The thought... with some hot rolls... is driving me crazy!!!!

I made quite a bit. I have the tomato basil soup... I will get you a 'kinda sorta' recipe for that in the morning, its late now.

I made that, plus salsa, plus several tomato sauces. I'll have a tomato sauce with eggplant in it (thats been saute'd in olive oil first) tomorrow.

The soup was killer... but probably too spicey for hubby!

how beautiful it all looks thanks so much for sharing! do you ever have trouble getting the tiny jars to seal? I do not know what I do wrong but they are usually the only ones that do not seal!
