All I can say is that guy must be some kind of idjit for not thinking somebody would respond to that sight. Very realistic.

His response to the action taken indicates to me that he must have used the mannequin to get into express lanes or handicapped parking or something.

I agree. Why would you put the seat belt on? Any normal person would just put it in the back.

It was on the local TV news this evening that news agencies from as far away as Japan have picked up the story and are calling the Hudson Police for information. People around the globe must be desperate for news that does not concern politics or violence.
