So now I'm sitting here thinking about how much life (and other resources) it takes for a person to live a normal life span. Certainly a lot more now than it did a hundred years ago. Sitting here with the laptop, how many other appliances do I have running right now? AC, ceiling fan, TV, fridge....Yikes! Burning up fossil fuels!
Probably not saving the life of 5 rabbits is not even a blip on the screen.
But I do let flying insects back outside (except flies and wasps) so that counts for something, doesn't it? :hide

You have ac on wow everyone is moaning how cold today is.

Kid#1 worked with me today and on his way home there was an inch of snow on Blacktail Road. Which means nothing to most of you, but it's about 10 or 15 miles north of me. And that's way too much snow way too close. Think sun!!

You do realize just because a smart person doesn't want to live in stifling heat and humidity of the south, doesn't mean you have to live in the artic...... there is a happy middle-Indiana. But don't you all move here as it is crowded enough....
