Baby Vegetables

New potatoes are definitely different from small potatoes. For about 2 weeks the new potato has a very different taste. If I am remembering correctly the sugars have not yet turned to starch so the taste and texture is different and highly prized.

Baby corn is the second ear, under developed and small. I usually eat 'em raw right in the garden.
