I puttered around yesterday and this morning and got my seed starting greenhouse all set up. I got all the lights in place, set up the two heat mats with the regulator and a small space heater that is temperature controlled. I have 4 trays in it, I have 8 more spaces!

The tomatoes are looking good. The broccoli and Brussel sprouts are long and spindly. Obviously they are protesting the LED lights. I planted basil and it is coming up. Planted petunias, zinnias, Echinacea and marigolds. Planted some peppers, only a couple came up, planted eggplant, not up yet.

We got some wire to line the garden fence to keep the #&*% rabbits out and some to lay on the ground to keep them from digging in. But it won't stop raining! Monday was beautiful, but DD called at 6:50 needing a babysitter, naturally we said yes! It is supposed to clear off for the weekend, but will be building a pig pen.

In the garden itself, I planted 4 bundles of onion sets, rutabaga seed, turnips and beets.

Monday was nice wasn't it? I got quite a bit done, but then Tuesday the rain showed back up in bucketfulls.

While not one of my favorite breeds Jack Russells are death to all rabbits. You need a small terrier they are much quicker then large dogs

You know what else is deadly on rabbits......beagles! Only thing better than deer hunting is rabbit hunting. My boys got a mean pack of hounds that will light a fire under a bunnies rump Lol. Me and my son on the left, family friends and neighbors on the right.

Bay you come get my rocks, We'll come take care of your rabbit problem Lol!
