Just enough snow to make things beautiful. I was so heavy it clung to the fencing. I had to knock it off. The horses were running like foals. I though my mare was going to jump the fence-she loves to visit the neighbors.

Somehow, it seems a lot more beautiful in your pics- since I don't have to shovel it! The one with the water should be a painting- just lovely!

We had a beautiful snow like that on Friday night. The flakes were about an inch across. We got about 4 inches that looked like fake snow, it was so fluffy. We haven't had much wind, so it didn't drift.

Ancient Indian lore says there are 34 more snows coming this winter to south-est, central-est Wisconsin. We had one doozy that left the trees and buildings snow-covered still, over a week later.

Yup! I've had enough snow. What I think looks beautiful is a blue sky behind a cherry tree in flower. That can't get here soon enough for me.

Tomorrow night - New Year's Eve - is predicted to give us our first 0 degree (F) temperature since early February, 2011! Now that's a record I'd like to continue.
