It's an Alien Pepper of the Sweet Bananna type.

That is a type of citrus....I wanna say Kafir Lime but I think I am wrong, I am pretty sure you just use the leaves for cooking though...

It's just a garden variety lemon. I guess it's deformed because it came from a half-broken branch. I got scared just looking at it!
