Bon's Garden Compound

Pole Wax Beans, Good Mother Stallard, both are up and growing. The yellow wax Monte Gusto had 3 out of 10 pop up so need to resow. I haven't seen the Scarlett Runners nor the Magic Runners at all yet. I think I planted King of the Garden Limas and Oriental green beans so those should be long ones. Thats about 45 feet of fencing. Then the Royal Corona Limas is about 12 feet or so for 20 seeds. Next I will be getting into the kidney sized pole beans and the pinto looking heirloom ones, then some fun ones that are white with color splashes. I chose the largest seeds. We will see what I get planted.

I headed out to the Compound to plant beans and Nope, not today. Hubs decided everything around the greenhouse had to go, yes, bricks and gardens as well. Had to rescue the chocolate mint. I harvested it and there's a mixed mint off type I grabbed some handfuls as well. Chopped down the White IN BLOOM Valerian, left a foot of stem/leaves. I have to transplant some of that stuff. I had a ton of nursery pots all sizes couple 4x4x4 totes worth that the turkeys knocked helter skelter... It's still not all stacked neatly. Plan is to utilize some of that bee yard pallet area for the pots. Meanwhile a SECOND Bee swarm occured and we rescued it. Not 100% yet that we got both swarms. Bet another swarm tomorrow... But did not go to plan today. Saw our garter snake again. Whew, didn't even jump!

Got bee stung right beside my eye/eybrow to the side about an inch and it would have been worse. Meanwhile it's swelling and expect eye to possibly swell shut. Took my 2 benadry. I will take 2 more in 6 hours. I can feel it tingling and skin tightenigh as it swells to the edge of my nostil. No sooner got the benadryl in me and we had to run off down the road to far pasture and protect heifer in heat from the young bulls.
