My oldest grandson is a Soph. in high school. He is too light to play football even though he is a great athlete, so he played Rugby ... he scored ONE HALF of his team's points this season. He will play baseball this season for his high school. Then Today, he was accepted to a program to take Engineering and Computer Science to graduate with a diploma from High School AND receive an AA College degree at the same time. So he will have 2 more years of College work to receive his BS degree.

We live just across the Columbian River, the border between Oregon/ Washington ... 4 in Cal. ... 13 hours away if one flys low , 2 in Oregon 40 +/- minutes away depending on I 5 traffic through Portland, Ore.

40 minutes isn't bad. How I wish! My granddaughter is 11 hours away so yeah, 13 hours is a trip.
