Lately I have been enjoying the rice vinegars. So many flavors! Subtle too, not a sharp bite!
Anyways, last I left those tiny cabbages I was doing this honey thing as a liitle sweet never hurt them. One small bone to pic with the vid though is the idea of using butter. If butter is clarified and you have gotten the milk solids out of it by pre-melting it and skimming it then ok but at 475f the milk parts will burn. If you like that do it, but clarified is a bit more refined (see what I did there?).
