Just thought I would mention to check with your local county extension office. Right now ours is having their annual seedling sale.
As an example, I will get a bundle of 25 10"-24" Douglas Fir for $12, no shipping you pick them up their in April. 25"-40" White Dogwood, $2 each or $8 for 5. Check it out.

LOL...we just went thru this when i told everyone about my bluebird boxes. Seems the Pa. Game Commission sells bird boxes and saplings but most other states don't.
Don't rub it in to these poor people.
