Can anyone help with these?

We just bought a 5ac. farm in middle TN. The let the yard go wild. We are removing shrubs/ bushes/trees that are in our way. Some we like and want to identify them so we can replace them. I have tried to identify them on line with no luck. I need help! These are all from the same shrub/tree it is about 12' tall the two different leaves are on all the branches. The berries are very sparse. Thanks

They maybe mulberries.

Try a Google image search and see if they look similar.

Mulberry the berries are sparse because the birds are eating them. The berries are very good, and leaves make great livestock food.

Mulberries are great trees to have. They feed wildlife with their berries and make a nice shade tree too.

Check out the leaves. Some leaves will look like mittens and most will not have the 'thumb' indentation. I agree they look like mulberry trees and berries.

After all the glowing recommendations before me, I still want to add a word of caution. Those dark berries the birds are gobbling up? They will come out as purple poop so you might want to keep the mulberries growing away from your house, yard furniture, driveway, clothes line and car.

Wherever you grow them -- and I think they are delicious, too -- be prepared to pull and dig baby mulberry trees out of you garden beds forever.

You couldn't pay my DH enough to have a mulberry tree in our yard. At the very least, make sure your parking area and clothes line are far away from the tree.

What @solucky says. The bids eat the berries and leave purple gifts on you car and clothes!

We do have mulberries growing everywhere here -- both purple and white. We keep them out of the yard area as much as possible, but let them grow for the wildlife (and us) around the back 40.
