Can you grow vegetables all year in a greenhouse?

Jackb, very interesting about the swiss chard- I will try and transplant from the garden and see if I keep a plant overwinter in the greenhouse without heat..

I believe the author ran a heated greenhouse in the winter, minimum temps in the 40s. I believe chard will go to seed after a frost. Lesa, regarding the recipe I gave you for pickles, add two tablespoons of white vinegar if you want a more crisp pickle.

Yes definitely any one can grow the vegetables all the year without any hesitation and that too through out the year. Here you need to take care of the plants and provide them the food and fertilizers required with the grow lights.
