Thanks to all of you who gave me advice on what pressure canner to buy and words of encouragement to actually use it. We now have 22 pints of green beans to enjoy this coming year. I will get to see what they taste like tomorrow night when we eat the pint that didn't seal yesterday. I am going to try pressure canning my smaller potatoes this year as well.

The small potatoes work out great! One of my favorite things from the garden. You can cut up big ones and can them too....

Good work. :thumbsup

Small potatoes don't keep long at all, so canning is a great way to put them up.
