Garden Ornament
I have canned on a flat surface stove since I have been here since it came with the house. I didn't know you could have problems with it so used it and it was fine. Now I'm hoping that I haven't jinxed myself knowing things can go wrong. (I feel ignorance is bliss because once I find out things can go wrong - they do!)
