Canning Turkey Meatloaf, Recipes...?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. I'm looking for a recipe to make canned turkey meatloaf. I seem to recall seeing a recipe for canned meatloaf somewhere, but can't remember where..This is my first yr at canning meats. thanks..Kevin

I'd be very cautious, and look at the date of the recipe if you find it -- even pressure canning, it's generally recommended NOT to do thick solid things like pureed squash or mashed potatoes or bread or the like (and a meatloaf would certainly be solid) because heat transmission can be very uneven and thus there is a chance of botulism spores surviving in a 'cool pocket' in the product.

A number of older recipes exist that, like, *usually* don't kill ya, but, on the other hand, riskier than what's known today.
