Carrot in a water ..

i was experimenting my left-over carrot from the kitchen , last week i put it in the empty clear container with water and put it outside and see what happen if it grows or not....viola!! it grows.. I just wondering , when can i transplant this carrot? its already growing leaves and roots... anyone can tell ?

its my first time growing carrots like this..
