I had a horse abscess one time on her hoof. It stunk for days, with no sign of injury. Farrier said it could be an abscess , but there wasn’t one that we could see. Then it blew out the top, left a hole and had to doctor on it every day . She learned to pick up her foot and curl it under herself to avoid the squirt bottle of betadine. Smart girl!

Good Morning.

Breakfast cereal – Frosted Blueberry MiniWheats and Rice Chex with blueberries and banana. I had the bowl so full, I could hardly move it from the counter to the table!!

Puppy-sitting Garbanzo the Dog. The first night, she was as quiet as she could be. Last night, she apparently wanted out of her kennel and back to her living room pillow. Of course, if DW hadn't told me, I wouldn't have known. Found them both asleep in the living room at 4:30. You know, honestly, I think DW enjoys both complaining about her and taking care of her but I had better not share that thought with DW.

Coffee is ready! I’m going to be on the tractor today, spreading dirt for future barn site. Granddaughters have a dirt pile in the yard to play in for next 2 days.

It’s a zoo out there. I tried coffee grounds yesterday on the ground squirrels and rabbits.
Did not work. Harvey the rabbit just kicked the grounds out. And didn’t stop the ground squirrels from digging.

Coffee is ready. Today I have no big major project to do. Got to run Granny in the chute and change the bandage on her hoof and vacuum seal the sausage I made. Play with granddaughters.

I'm back (with some desserts I made this week)! The autumn raspberries and pink blueberries from my garden are also used on different products. Those are blueberry and strawberry mini-cheese cakes.

Chocolate mini cheesecakes - they just look so cute.

It gradually moves to autumn.
