Anybody using these? I was wondering if they could be composted so they'll break down faster because they are a paper product vs using shavings.

My wife and I are talking about getting our daughter a guinea pig or a rabbit so I figured I could use bedding that would breakdown better in the compost pile vs wood shavings especially since we'll only have 1 cage of bedding. I want to avoid the pellet materials that are compressed these are more of a fluffy type of absorbant material.

I have used them after my pets soiled them. I think they are ok, my garden is growing ! I did the same with pine shaving too.
