Couple of Dog Questions

Dogthodontist...

Correct bite is important because over/under bites are hereditary right? So why does it seem less than honest to correct a fault and represent a dog as being confirmationally correct?

Thistle, I thought of that also. Seems to me that the puppies may be born with the same problem. Kind of like that man in China who divorced his beautiful wife. She apparently had an ugly baby and he found out she had numerous surgeries done!

Exactly what I was thinking!

Mary I remember that story !!!! You are not suppose to alter a dog in anyway. Akc rules also state a dog can have NO foreign products in hair. If you go to the set up area where people are getting ready to enter the ring, you almost can't breath theres so much hair spray being sprayed, not to mention mousse.

That's what has always made me appreciate animals that show that they can do what they were bred for as opposed to those that can walk around looking like they can do the job.

I rode competitive trail and endurance races when I had the time to be an actual equestrienne, and I like a good herding demonstration, and agility courses for dogs.

Mary

How did he know the ugly baby didn't take after his side of the family?
