I put this in Landscaping because ~well~you'll see~an American goes to the old country~what we have left~he walks,carrying a pack from one end to the other~this is a mountain country~part of the Soviet union until about 20 some years ago```
He, Rafi, enters small mountain villages, some with no cars and little or no road access```These are mountain people living not unlike they have for a couple three thousand years~some may have a generator these days```
He is able to get basterma, cured meat and sample kini (wine) and ohe (brandy)```and```
Armenia is a landlocked Christian country, what's left of it~surrounded on three sides by muslim occupied land~with border fighting to the east```
Most is in Armenian an Indo European language so it's not impossible to catch what they're saying~well you'll see~
