I finished my recipe for dandelion root bitters yesterday after gathering and washing dandelion roots and chopping them up. Adding a bunch of fresh ginger root slices, and the zest from 2 oranges, I put all of these ingredients in a jar covered in vodka. Now I wait 28 days to see how it turned out! The recipe says the liquid in the jar will turn orange. Sounds pretty!
