Delicious Combitions

Last year my friend turned me on to tomato, mozzarella and basil, so easy so good. Anyone have other combitions from the garden?

Banana or Hungarian Wax peppers stuffed with pepperoni sticks in garlic, vinegar and water. Eat with crackers and/or cheese.

A crispy cracker, cream cheese, a slice of tomato, and a sliver of rare roast beef.

A GOOD bagel, lox, cream cheese w/herbs and a nice fat slice of fresh tomato....
Also, a fat slice of tomato roasted in the oven with some parm, basil & a little OO

Man, I can't wait for tomato season!!!
