Dendrobium new growth?

so my dendrobium from a previous thread has started putting out some new growth but i'm noticing that some of the sprouts are developing roots and im wondering if i need to leave this along or make new plants out of them, later?

Aren't those called "keiki's"? I'd let them grow a few more roots, then pot 'em up by themselves. Congrats on the babies.
