You are not crazy...keep what ever you think you can use and donate the rest to a food bank or soup kitchen in your area... We just planted 2 1/2 pounds of Kennebunk potatoes last weekend...would put in more if we had the room...

Oops, I think I over did it with corn! So don't feel bad.

I just planted 24 seeds... and this is only the first round. In a month I'm going to plant MORE!!!!!!! :D

if your harvest is healthy and attractive, weigh um out, bag um up and try selling them off to local restaurants and cafeterias. Don't bother with any corporate chain. Also mom and pop grocers might be willing to by a few lbs. No sense in not making a little cash.
