dryer lint

I'm sure you pro's know this but I was watching the Plant Green channel last night it was talking about how dryer lint was great for compost pile because worms love it! So, I thought I would pass that along.

I've seen suggestions for using it as the wick for homemade self-watering planters. Anyone here ever tried that?
