Eating Well on a Budget

I wish I could come to your cafe every day. I've never seen such beautiful food prepared! You have such an amazing talent! BTW, I made a really yummy sandwich that you might want to add to your shop! You pan fry 2 slices of rosemary bread in butter until toasted. Next slather one side generously with your favorite homemade pesto. Next add a few tender roast slices (or baked turkey breast), next put on tomato slices, and finally a good amount of grated mozzarella cheese goes on the bread slice that doesn't have pesto. Put this together as a sandwich and toast in a pan until the cheese melts a lot. Enjoy! I made these on Mother's day and the family loved them!
Thank you @Dahlia!
I don't have rosemary bread here, but i'd love to make some loaves and will try the way you created your adorable sandwich. 😙

After running a one-person cafe and making everything from bread, dessert, drinks, and meals, i feel like working in a restaurant and have to rotate in different stations.

It's challenging, as the customers' responses are real-time feedbacks. Besides, every day i open the shop, i have to deliver. After almost two years, i have very good 'trainings', not less than any culinary school. i will say.

However, the tricky part is I didn't like to follow what recipes ask me to do.

I still remember when I shared the recipe and step-by-step here about the chiffon cake roll. Now, i made and sell at least 350 rolls. Time flies.

If you see anything you are interested in, i will try to note the recipes for you.
Thanks so much. Would you mind adding them in my thread? " What's cooking" please

I'll keep checking in here and start following your thread to. 😉
