Email box full

I am saving only 1 message in my box. Why does it say box is full when I receive a new one? How many messages can the box hold? At one point, I had about 7 and people couldn't leave me a message. Can messages I want to save be moved elsewhere?

I hope you understand what I'm talkin about since I don't understand this stuff at all.

what you want to save put it into a file that you can set up and hit save as

What Pam is talking about would be saving things in your computer, not on TEG site, Mary.

I don't know but it could be that each message that you write, is saved. There's a checkbox on the page where you write your message and you check it if you want it saved. A full "sent box" might prompt a "full mailbox" notice without telling you it is the "sent box" that is full, maybe. I've never noticed that and just go back and delete some of the "sents" every now and then.

There are 10 messages on each page of the "inbox" and several pages before we reach 100%. Or, I think that's how it should be.

Yeah... check the 'sent' link on your left side, its probably full from saving all your sent messages. I have to clean out mine often! hahaha

Oh Steve and Vfem..Thank you! OMG there were 10 pages of sent messages! What must Nifty think?!

I do wish we could save messages on TEG, Steve. It would be easier for me than trying to save them on my computer!
