Ex Large Tomato From Big Box Store

I would like to plant a couple of tomatoes for frying green. Ever since the movie i have been addicted to fried green tomatoes. What common variety has the largest tomato ? I almost bought beefsteak today just because of name.

I’d suggest big boy. Not a fan of beefsteak as they have huge green center.
