Hi there :frow

I have been noticing that many of us are looking for information on Food Preservation of one kind or another so I thought it might be useful to have it in one place so people don't have to search forever.

I am only going to list reliable sites here & ask you to do the same as this will be used by people who are seriously concerned that they could kill their families if the process goes wrong!

To kick off :-

Hi Augustmomx2 :frow

Thanks for adding that site -- that's just what we need -- especially as we have to do these processes safely!
