What have you harvested so far?

I've enjoyed eating fresh collards, turnips and spring onions. Can't wait for everything else to catch up.:)

So far I've enjoyed spinach, some sad looking carrots, lettuce, radishes... those are all gone.

I just started picking some strawberries and sugar snap peas that just got to ready in the last 2-3 days.

Other then that, I've had a ton of fresh herbs for the last few weeks. Those have more then doubled in size this whole time... even with me harvesting a little of each almost daily!

Hey, we had frost yesterday morning !

Okay, does harvesting out of a plastic tunnel count? I've had multiple meals of Asian greens :)! A couple types of Bok Choy are in there and there are several others: Fun Jen and Maruba Santoh. I've also had the thinnings from the Blues Chinese Cabbage. Those will mature over the next few weeks.

Fedco has the seed.

I could have planted lettuce, spinach, onion sets and radishes in there and been harvesting those but these are fun. In fact, the earliest is "Fun Jen" - cute name ;). My favorite is that Maruba Santoh. It is mild enuf to eat as a salad green at any size.

Those other early crops are outdoors and still tiny.
