I'm plant crazy...
Same pepper plants are the ones I started this past winter/spring... :)

My attempts at covering the remaining tomato and pepper plants were not successful. The wind blew until after dark, and it got down to 28 here. Ice on the chicken water this morning. :(
Oh well, now I can get the garden cleaned up and ready for spring!
I don't even plan on putting up the low tunnel this fall. I have more than enough reasons to have to get out in the cold this winter. Not gonna add another.

Last night headed to a restaurant with nongardening friends, we pasted a lady putting blankets over her mailbox. Every one in car started laughing at the crazy lady tiring to keep her mailbox warm. Not 1 person knew it was the flowers around mailbox she was trying to save.
