When you really decide you want to quit, you will quit. Until you decide you really want to quit no program, gum, or patch will make you quit.

I used to smoke and quit. I know it's not easy and I don't harass anyone about smoking. But I consider my life better since I quit.

So my addiction is not smoking. But agree with you @Ridgerunner 100% you have to be ready to do it for yourself. That partly explains how I got so heavy. ( I do LOVE my sweets.) I am so happy to be dropping some weight and this fabulous TEG Family has been so helpful and supportive. Thanks All.

a 1st year rooster a during the 2013/2014 winter did that whenever we got snow that thick. he'd sit in the doorway & assess the situation but would not budge unless someone pushed him out the door into the snow!
