I have the brinsea egg wise software for chicken breeding/hatching. It's awesome! If I could find something like that for gardening I would be SET! lol

Is there something out there that I could use to map out my garden, plan planting dates etc???? I'm no good at excel, so trying to make my own spreadsheets is out. I can probably make something in Corel graphics, but it would really be easier to use a pencil and graph paper! Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Mother Earth News has a pretty cool garden planning program. It's an on-line system and provides a very good graphic garden layout. It automatically calculates all the necessary information. Very nice. I think (????) it costs something like $15/yr to subscribe. You can download a trial for free.

i do have some sites that have really neat info for you to help with the planting dates, but some are on different sites. you may want to bookmark them for later use though! or you might be able to pull the info into a PDF and store it on your computer for printing out when you want to!

http://cdo.ncdc.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/cl...ctive=prod_select2&prodtype=CLIM2001&subrnum= good for figuring out your possible frost dates!
